Speculation surrounding the pair’s blossoming romance has been escalating in recent weeks and came to a head yesterday when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and her old friend confirmed their relationship with a very public display of affection.

The pair put on their PDA as they attended the grand opening of Scott Disick’s new restaurant RYU alongside the rest of the Kardashian clan in New York City.

RYU, situated in the city’s trendy Meatpacking District, serves up Japanese-inspired cuisine and certainly seemed to exceed Kim K’s expectations.

She tweeted after the launch: ‘So much fun at Scott’s restaurant opening of RYU last night! CONGRATS @ScottDisick We love you! Food was delish!’

And although neither party have officially commented on their relationship, Kim couldn’t have made her affections for Kanye any clearer when she stepped out earlier in the week wearing gold earrings with the initials K W.

The glamour model, 31, has long been friends with the 34-year-old Gold Digger rapper, who has even cameoed in her spin-off reality show Kourtney And Kim Take New York.

Meanwhile, Kim’s younger sibling Khloe Kardashian-Odom played it coy when she was probed about her sister’s latest high-profile relationship.

Appearing on US show Watch What Happens Live, she said: ‘I don’t think it’s serious. I think it’s too soon.

‘But because they’ve been friends for so long, it’s just so easy and that’s something I love seeing for Kim – the easiness and how happy she is….more
