The reality TV star had been visiting the U.K. and Europe to promote her new fragrance, True Reflection, and put in an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

She flew back to Los Angeles from Nice, France, via London’s Heathrow Airport over the weekend, but took to her Twitter.com account when she landed in America to allege that some of her belongings had disappeared from her luggage.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ divorce has already lasted way longer than their ill-fated 72-day marriage, and the two will be deposed in their divorce proceedings at the beginning of June, reports RadarOnline.

Sources tell the website that Humphries’ lawyer is insisting that the reality TV queen be deposed first, but the legal counsel is still arguing over whether or not it will be videotaped. Though Kim, 31, is used to living her life in front of the camera, her divorce is not something she wants documented for public consumption.

“Kris’ [depostition] will take place shortly thereafter and both should have their formal sit down interviews for their divorce proceedings by the end of June,” claims the source.

Last week, Kardashian’s attorney, Laura Wasser, told a judge that her client wants her divorce from the NBA player to move forward, and feels the case has been slowed because of Humphries’ hurt feelings and desire for an annulment. Humphries’ lawyer Marshall Waller said they needed more time to decide whether they wanted to pursue their allegations that the marriage was a fraud.

With their next court date set for Aug. 15, depositions of both parties and “essential witnesses” will finally start to begin moving the sluggish divorce along.

Khloe Kardashian is always looking out for her family and right now she’s concerned about Kim — and for good reason! As much as she loves Kanye West for her older sister, she’s fearful that the romance will get in the way of Kim’s divorce from Kris Humphries.

“Khloe just wishes that Kim wouldn’t get involved with anyone for at least a year,” a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com. “Kim isn’t even divorced yet and Khloe is extremely worried that Kris is going to try and attempt to use her new relationship as ammunition to score a bigger settlement. Khloe doesn’t want her sister to get hurt again and she is extremely concerned about cheating allegations that have been made against Kanye in the past. Kim is extremely vulnerable, and the last thing she needs is to have her heart broken.”

There’s another catch. If Kris can prove Kim bought Kanye anything during their 72 marriage, he has the right to get that money back from her. Yikes!

Kanye West is throwing gas on Kim Kardashian’s bonfire of a divorce by intimating that he had an affair with the reality personality during her marriage to basketballer Kris Humphries.

West, 34, who has been known to be full of himself, unveiled a new song “Theraflu” during an interview on New York’s Hot 97 radio station that suggests he had an affair during Kim’s marriage.

He also said he considered throwing a wrench in Humphries NBA career by asking his best friend Jay-Z to drop him from his team, the New Jersey Nets. Jay-Z is a part owner, but whether he has the authority to arbitrarily cut players is questionable.

The Nets gave Humphries a one-year $8 million contract for the current season. Maybe West was just talking again.

The rapper, however, knows how to drawattention to himself and his new song. His comments follow tabloid reports that Humphries plans to charge in court papers that Kardashian cheated on him with West both during his engagement and his marriage. Kris Humphries’ legal team has spoken out to Life & Style Magazine, telling them: “While we are encouraged to see an apparent willingness by the other side to put big numbers out in an attempt to settle Mr. Humphries’ claims, we respect and will continue to observe the integrity of the legal process,” which means that Kris will not be paid off to shut up. They explained the reason also adding: “One thing is certain: Kris Humphries intends to set the record straight.”

In their legal statement issued to the magazine, Kris’ attorneys also stated: “Much effort and energy to misdirect the public’s perception of what transpired between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries has taken place over the past several months. This case will not be resolved in the court of public opinion amidst ridiculous and defamatory allegations and personal attacks directed against Kris Humphries. Kardashian and Humphries, who were married for 72 days before calling it quits, are said to be willing to go along with a formal annulment of their marriage; however, both parties insist the other admit they weren’t entirely honest about their relationship.

TMZ said Saturday Kardashian is accusing Humphries of failing to live up to a promise to reside with her in Los Angeles and insisting she move with him to his home state of Minnesota.
