the Brooklyn Nets power forward would also like to remove Kim from their lives.“Kris’ family finds the entire matter

anymore,” an insider alleges. “They just want
it to be over.”This is especially the case for Kaela Humphries,
an aspiring model whose career may be stalling because many agencies are
“pro-Kim,” the source adds.Humphries is simply out for revenge, his

We didn’t fully realize until today just how angry Kris Humphries was about whole Kim Kardashian divorce drama. How mad, you ask?  Mad enough to turn down $10 million. So yeah, that’s pretty mad. According to RadarOnline, Kim offered the Brooklyn Net a $10 million settlement to end the legal stalemate in their divorce. Yes, $10 million. But Kris turned her down, because he’s not out for money, he’s out for some cold courtroom vengeance.
“After Kim filed for divorce, she offered Kris a $10 million payoff with the agreement that he would not continue to pursue an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud,” and insider told the website. An annulment is basically the marriage-equivalent of a “freebie oops” card (that’s a thing, right?), which voids a marriage in any spiritual or religious capacity.  ”He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled.”

There had previously been reports that Kris actually had asked for a huge payout in exchange for a divorce, but the insider claims that this never took place. ”That absolutely never happened. Kris has given a sworn declaration that he has never asked Kim for a single dime. The only thing he has asked for, and continues to ask for, is for her to agree to an annulment.”
The ex-couple won’t hit up the courts until at least June  because of scheduling conflicts, but despite his dragging his feet, Kris is reportedly very anxious to get this over all over with. ”Kris wants to move on with his life just as badly as Kim does. He is constantly getting heckled by NBA players and fans, and he just wants to be able to close this disastrous chapter in his life once and for all.”

New York Knicks star JR Smith got personal and attacked Kris Humphries in a tweet about Kris and his Kim Kardashian problems! Fair or foul?

The Twitter bashing started on January 21 when Kris tweeted, “Big game tonight! The Garden got really quiet on the way out! #Brooklyn.” This was in response to the 88-85 victory by the Brooklyn Nets over the New York Knicks on Monday night inside the historic Madison Square Garden, the home of the Knicks. JR didn’t take those words very lightly, and he was quick to respond in a sore loser manner. He retweeted Kris’ message, but also added a huge diss along the way with a mention of Kanye West, saying, “Wasn’t quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!”
What Were JR Smith’s Twitter Intentions?
Clearly this was in reference to Kanye’s Concert For Sandy Relief’ performance on December 12, 2012, where his showing was more remembered for the skirt he wore then his actual set, even though JR obviously loved it. Regardless,  it’s pretty clear where JR was trying to go with the rebuttal tweet. He was trying to get under Kris’ skin with adding some family drama to the mix. But at the end of the day, Kris and his team beat the New York Knicks. Check mate!
Why The Kanye West Mention Was Such A Big Dig At Kris Humphries
As we all know, Kim, who is still married to Kris, but pregnant with Kanye’s child, and the separated pair are still dealing with the never ending divorce proceedings. JR was feeling burned from losing and the tweet from Kris, so he made sure to address his followers to make some type of point.
Kris on the other hand has taken the adult route and not responded. And that’s for the best, without a doubt!

The Brooklyn Nets defeated the New York Knicks last night, with Kris Humphries coming off the bench for 11 points and a team-high 13 rebounds.
But afterward, attention was less on points in the paint and more on Kim Kardashian. Naturally.
After receiving taunts from the Madison Square Garden crowd all game, Humphries tried to get the final say after the contest, telling reporters:
“They were harassing me when I was going in and out of the tunnel. But after, I asked them, ‘Why’s everyone so quiet?’”
He then followed that statement up on Twitter with: “the Garden got really quiet on the way out!”
Unfortunately for Humphries, New York shooting guard J.R. Smith was quick with a Tweeted retort:
“Wasnt quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!”
OHHHH, SLAM! The Nets may have won the game, but Smith conquered this online war.
The Kim Kardashian divorce case continues to drag on, of course, with most blame falling on Humphries. He is seeking an annulment and somehow claims he was duped into a fake marriage.

Few people love publicity more than celebrities, especially musicians. So when Humphries accused Kardashian of using him for ratings on her reality shows, it would only make sense she find a boyfriend more open to drama. No man fits that mold better than West. Some media circles think he’s dating Kardashian purely for the cameras. His assists to Kim in bashing Humphries through his music only create greater attention from fans. It’s for those reasons that a quiet NBA player like Humphries may stand out of his league. He said in interviews that Kim had no respect for marriage, which could’ve explained why theirs lasted a whopping 72 days. At the rate she and West are going, she might have a second husband lined up before the ink on her divorce papers is dry. It’s that kind of drama that Humphries just wants to go away…..more
