NBAThey Said What?J.R. Smith Gets Into It With Kris Humphries On Twitter, Brings Kanye Into The Fold
by Jordan Rabinowitz | 10:54 pm, January 21st, 2013 The Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks slugged it out Monday afternoon in their fourth of what turned out to be four enthralling crosstown rivalry games in the first season of the Nets’ residence in the outerborough. They split the season series after the Nets won at MSG this afternoon, 88-85, but the action didn’t really get going until after the game ended. Nets forward/noted Kim Kardashian ex Kris Humphries was pretty juiced after his team’s win, noticing how quiet the Garden was after they handed the Knicks the loss. But Humphries didn’t count on J.R. Smith being just as roguish on the interwebz as he is on the court. Much like his game, his ensuing tweet was reckless, risky and sure as hell fun to see unfold.Hit ‘em where it hurts, J.R. You didn’t win the game, but you sure won the aftermath.Filed Under:Brooklyn Netsj.r. smithKanye WestKim KardashianKris HumphriesNew York KnicksTwitter

The End of ‘Khloe and Lamar’

Sitting down? Good. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s reality show is kaput.

The news comes from several industry sources, including Us Weekly and TMZ. Apparently, Khloe and Lamar are no longer interested in filming their show after two seasons on E!.

According to a source that spoke to TMZ, Odom wants to refocuson his hoops career. Indeed, his game could use some attention. The onetime Los Angeles Laker had a disastrous season after his trade to the Dallas Mavericks. Odom posted career-low numbers, averaging 6.6 points per game and just 4.2 rebounds. He is currently on the team’s inactive list.

Odom is likely to be a free agent next year. Odom is owed $8.2 million for the upcoming 2012-13 season. It is doubtful the Mavericks want to pay that. A clause will allow the team to buy him out for $2.4 million.

An insider told Us Weekly: Khloe and Lamar “have decided he should train all off season… and she’s exhausted from filming!”

Fans of the couple can take heart in the fact that Khloe and Lamar are sure to show up as guests on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” That show, a long-standing hit, isn’t going away anytime soon. In fact, the family just signed up for three more seasons and will take in around $40 million….more
