Kim has been working hard at the gym to keep her pregnancy weight at bay, and her trainer Tracy Anderson reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY how she’s keeping Kim in tip-top shape.
Kim Kardashian has always been a fan of fitness, but now that she’s four months pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West‘s baby, she’s extra careful about staying in shape for her and her baby — and celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY the secrets behind Kim’s rocking pregnancy bod.

As a celebrity fitness guru, whose famous clients inclue Jennifer Lopez, Molly Simms and BFF Gwenyth Paltrow, Tracy is utilizing her world-famous Tracy Anderson Method, which combines toning exercises known as muscular structure, and dance cardio to help Kim along her pregnancy fitness journey.
Tracy released a set of DVDs called the pregnancy project, which includes nine DVDs — one for each month of your pregnancy. It’s this method that she’s using to help stay in shape throughout her pregnancy.
“It’s the same research and development that went into the Pregnancy Project,” Tracy tells HollywoodLife.com at the Soho House in New York City, where she spoke for an event promoting Mama Mio, a skincare line designed to help shape, fit and tone skin.
“Because she’s Kim Kardashian, I am able to pay more attention to her workout, so I check in with her all the time, and she is doing amazing,” Tracy adds.
Kim Kardashian: How She’s Staying Fit During Her Pregnancy
Kim trains at Tracy’s Los Angeles studio, where she has been spotted leaving nearly every day in her workout gear.
“She’s following the pregnancy project, and she is doing a great job,” Tracy says. ”She’s fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn’t love to do the dance part, but she’s a really smart girl and she knows that you’re going to get out what you put in.”
And Tracy doesn’t want to get rid of Kim’s sexy curves — especially during her pregnancy months.
“She’s got like a very iconic sexy body, she’s not somebody that I would want to take her amazing curves and turn it into something emaciated,” Tracy says. “She’s such a hot girl so it’s like, let’s keep that body like that!”
Tracy Anderson: Working Out 4-6 Weeks After Giving Birth Is Key
“It’s so important that once the doctor releases you to start working out again,” Tracy says, which is usually four to six weeks after giving birth.
So will Kim be back in Tracy’s studio after the Kimye baby arrives?
“I know she will,” Tracy reveals. “She’s so young, and she’s got me helping her, so she’s going to look better after pregnancy than she’s ever looked. I guarantee it.”
Sounds like Kim is logging some serious hours at the gym!

Kanye and girlfriend Kim Kardashian aren’t revealing the gender of their baby just yet, but a source close to the rapper tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kanye would be happiest if he had a baby boy! Read on for the exclusive details.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West want to keep the public in suspense about the gender of their baby, but a source close to the dad-to-be reveals he wants a Kanye Jr. — he would love to have a baby boy!

“I think they already know what they’re having but Kanye hasn’t been saying anything other than that he wants a little baby boy,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“That would make him real happy. He’s always wanted a little boy. He wants to spoil him rotten but also teach him a lot,” the source adds. “He wants his son to be great so hopefully he’ll be able to have a little guy.”
Kanye West’s Baby Will Be His ‘Heart’
But even though Kanye is pulling for a baby boy, he is so excited to be dad, he would be happy with a little girl too.
“He’s got his heart set on having a son, he would be happy with a little girl too,” the source continues. “No matter what they have, that baby is going to be his heart.”
Kim told Jimmy Kimmel on Jan. 29 that she and Kanye are just going to tell close family the gender of their baby at first, although she didn’t say when they would make the announcement.

The two have been in a divorce battle for over a year! A source tells HollywoodLife.com: “Kim and Kris haven’t spoken verbally in a year and Kris can’t stand for her name to be mentioned. He is pushing his lawyers to wrap up the divorce, it’ll be finalized by the end of February or before.”
Is Kris Delaying Divorce From Kim On Purpose?
A report claimed that Kris wanted to wait until basketball season was over to worry about the divorce.
“They can’t go to court until his basketball season is over, so he tells people that he is in control of her misery,” a source says. “When he found out about the baby, he was bragging to all of his friends that he wasn’t going to ‘allow’ her to be divorced when she had the baby. He intends to tell his attorney when they set a trial date next month that he can’t do it until late summer. It’s all planned and calculated.”
Now that Kim is pregnant with her and Kanye West‘s baby, sources tell us she doesn’t want to be legally married to Kris when she has the baby. We don’t blame her one bit!
