Kim has been working hard at the gym to keep her pregnancy weight at bay, and her trainer Tracy Anderson reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY how she’s keeping Kim in tip-top shape.
Kim Kardashian has always been a fan of fitness, but now that she’s four months pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West‘s baby, she’s extra careful about staying in shape for her and her baby — and celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY the secrets behind Kim’s rocking pregnancy bod.

As a celebrity fitness guru, whose famous clients inclue Jennifer Lopez, Molly Simms and BFF Gwenyth Paltrow, Tracy is utilizing her world-famous Tracy Anderson Method, which combines toning exercises known as muscular structure, and dance cardio to help Kim along her pregnancy fitness journey.
Tracy released a set of DVDs called the pregnancy project, which includes nine DVDs — one for each month of your pregnancy. It’s this method that she’s using to help stay in shape throughout her pregnancy.
“It’s the same research and development that went into the Pregnancy Project,” Tracy tells HollywoodLife.com at the Soho House in New York City, where she spoke for an event promoting Mama Mio, a skincare line designed to help shape, fit and tone skin.
“Because she’s Kim Kardashian, I am able to pay more attention to her workout, so I check in with her all the time, and she is doing amazing,” Tracy adds.
Kim Kardashian: How She’s Staying Fit During Her Pregnancy
Kim trains at Tracy’s Los Angeles studio, where she has been spotted leaving nearly every day in her workout gear.
“She’s following the pregnancy project, and she is doing a great job,” Tracy says. ”She’s fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn’t love to do the dance part, but she’s a really smart girl and she knows that you’re going to get out what you put in.”
And Tracy doesn’t want to get rid of Kim’s sexy curves — especially during her pregnancy months.
“She’s got like a very iconic sexy body, she’s not somebody that I would want to take her amazing curves and turn it into something emaciated,” Tracy says. “She’s such a hot girl so it’s like, let’s keep that body like that!”
Tracy Anderson: Working Out 4-6 Weeks After Giving Birth Is Key
“It’s so important that once the doctor releases you to start working out again,” Tracy says, which is usually four to six weeks after giving birth.
So will Kim be back in Tracy’s studio after the Kimye baby arrives?
“I know she will,” Tracy reveals. “She’s so young, and she’s got me helping her, so she’s going to look better after pregnancy than she’s ever looked. I guarantee it.”
Sounds like Kim is logging some serious hours at the gym!

Kim Kardashian has said that she and her ‘baby daddy’ Kanye West want to dress their newborn in “really fun” clothes and that include leather pants and chains.
Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, alongside older sister Kourtney, the reality star said: “Kanye is so into fashion, he’s going to have things specially made.”
She continued: “I don’t think hand-me-downs are going to work. It has to be really fun stuff… chains and leather pants.”
The 32 year-old also said how the rapper is feeling about being a first time father.
“We talked about it, but it was a nice surprise…. He is so excited, it’s really cute how excited he is.”
The couple are yet to find out the sex of the baby, but they definitely want to know if they are having a boy or a girl.

Kim’s Latest Scent Is Sweet As Honey
To keep her massive fragrance collection from feeling repetitive, Kim is introducing a sweet honey scent to her woodsier, floral collection. ”This one to me represents pure femininity; it’s really warm and inviting,” she said as she described the scent to WWD. Made with raw wild honeycomb and rose petals, Kim’s latest eau de parfum will definitely be a distinct part of her line.
“I am super involved from start to finish — on bottle design to ad campaign. I had this really great honey idea, so we moved away from just florals,” she told the site. She was also very involved in putting her signature spin on the bottle’s design. While her latest fragrance packaging’s design is consistent with others in her collection, “I wanted to make sure that it had the little bee on it,” she said. The tiny bee is definitely an adorable addition to the chic glass bottle.
Kim’s relationship with fragrance is long standing: she even picks up unique scents and artistic bottles from her extensive world travels. That worldly inspiration is echoed in the look of her liquid gold perfume.
‘Pure Honey’ is set to launch worldwide in September 2013, in Lord & Taylor and Belk stores.

When Kim Kardashian split from ex-husband Kris Humphries 72days after their wedding, people started tallying up the shortest celebrity marriages. In a quintessential art-imitates-life episode, Nashville, a show on ABC, had one of the series music stars, Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) set a new record for the shortest celebrity marriage ever. Within that one episode, the upcoming star elopes for a quickie registry wedding with her footballer boyfriend, Sean Butler (a Christian who happened to be waiting till marriage to have sex). After she has her way with him in the wedding limo, he wants them to meet his parents, and there, things fell apart. His mother wants a Church Wedding to put God’s blessing on the marriage, and within a week, Sean is waiting for Juliette at the altar.At that point, she couldn’t follow through, and still in wedding gown, flies off in her private jet to start a concert tour. And so ends a marriage. Before I go on, let me state that I love Sean, and hope Juliette gets her act together so they resume their cute TV coupledom. Ain’t they cute?
Apart from the length of their marriages, the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries and Juliette Barnes/Sean Butler splits share another similarity that I find intriguing. Both ladies file for divorce which the men refuse to grant them, saying that they prefer annulments. The difference between a divorce and an annulment is that divorce indicates the marriage happened and then broke down, annulment says it never happened legally, was entered for the wrong reasons, or was never and can not be consummated.In the Nashville TV show, Sean Butler feels betrayed when Juliette jilts him at the altar, and felt she only went through with the court wedding in order to get him to have sex with her. She offers him money, apologizes on a televised interview, but he stuck to his guns.In recent news, it is said the delay in the Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries divorce, though Kim’s already expecting a child with Kanye West, is because instead of divorce, Kris wants an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud.Kris allegedly rejected an offer of $10M from Kim “because it has never been about money for him. He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled.”Kris is allegedly going to prove in a court of law that their short-lived marriage was a sham, contracted for the sole purpose of boosting their reality show TV ratings. Ah…the Deja Vu is killing me, lol…Well, on TV, after dragging it out for a short while, Juliette ultimately agreed to the annulment. In front of the judge that would grant the annulment, she said, “I admit to the fraud. I made false representation to him about the nature of our marriage.”I wonder if Kim Kardashian can afford to say that out loud publicly, it may just spell the death of her reality TV career.
