During Monday night’s (January 21) game against the NY Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets player endured taunts from opposing fans–and later from J.R. Smith. “They were harassing me when I was going in and out of the tunnel,” Humphries said. “But after, I asked them, ‘Why’s everyone so quiet?’Kris then tweeted his win but Knicks player J.R. Smith had some tough words for Humphries and brought Kim K into the mix. “Wasnt quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!” he retorted. Last year, snapping a picture of Tahiry’s cake and posting it on Twitter resulted in J.R. Smith being slapped with a fat fine by the NBA, and he’s running the risk of that happening again with a new tweet he sent out to Kris Humphries. Last night, January 21st, the Knicks and Nets faced off in the last game of their rivalry for the regular season with the Nets walking away with a close and hard fought victory of 88-85. With this final Nets victory, they tied the Knicks with 2 wins a piece out of the 4 games they played. After the game had concluded, Brooklyn Nets star Kris Humphries tweeted a light jab at his rival New York team just to rub the Nets’ victory in their faces a little more:”Big game tonight! The Garden got really quiet on the way out! #Brooklyn”It appears as though Humphries tweet might’ve gotten under the skin of NY Knicks guard J.R. Smith, for he responded to Humphries’ tweet with an “Ether” tweet of his own. J.R. slayed him by dropping in the topic of Kanye West being in bed with Kris’ wife Kim Kardashian. JR Smith Slays Kris Humphries On Twitter After Knicks Loss

The Brooklyn Nets defeated the New York Knicks last night, with Kris Humphries coming off the bench for 11 points and a team-high 13 rebounds.
But afterward, attention was less on points in the paint and more on Kim Kardashian. Naturally.
After receiving taunts from the Madison Square Garden crowd all game, Humphries tried to get the final say after the contest, telling reporters:
“They were harassing me when I was going in and out of the tunnel. But after, I asked them, ‘Why’s everyone so quiet?’”
He then followed that statement up on Twitter with: “the Garden got really quiet on the way out!”
Unfortunately for Humphries, New York shooting guard J.R. Smith was quick with a Tweeted retort:
“Wasnt quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!”
OHHHH, SLAM! The Nets may have won the game, but Smith conquered this online war.
The Kim Kardashian divorce case continues to drag on, of course, with most blame falling on Humphries. He is seeking an annulment and somehow claims he was duped into a fake marriage.
If that were the case, Kris would make Manti Te’o look prescient when it comes to relationships
